The Scholars Weapon
Weapons let you fight at extended Range. Equip by paying the Frame Cost, then use its Modes during a Technique action. Choose a Mode and pay its Frame Cost to resolve that Mode's effect, Damage, and Range. M3 acts as a modifier — apply it alongside another Mode under the listed condition. Frame Cost (F) is paid from your Frame Pool — out of Frames means you cannot activate.
