Both Players count the cards in their discard pile If User has more cards in discard pile: Increase User Frames by difference of card count If User has less or equal cards in discard pile: User draws 1 card and Opp takes turn

How to play
Memory cards stay in play to alter the rules of the round. Activate at the start of your turn by paying the Frame Cost. Frame Cost (F) is paid from your Frame Pool — out of Frames means you cannot activate.
